Our Sauvignon Blanc was made with quality, South Eastern Australian fruit. The grapes was picked and crushed early during harvest to retain the varietal characters and preserve fruit flavour. After crushing the first press an aromatic yeast strain is added prior to cool fermentation for 2 - 3 weeks. Post fermentation the wine is stabilised, filtered and blended for bottling.

Best served chilled between 6-8 degrees. To achieve this, just put the bottle in the fridge roughly 2 hours before serving (and check temp) or for urgent chilling, pop your bottle in ice-water for 30-40 minutes and voila!

Best served with fish and chips, grilled chicken kebabs, pesto pasta or anything from the sea.
