Our Prosecco is crafted with fruit grown in South Eastern Australia. This sparkling wine sees the grapes harvested relatively early in the season and crushed during the cooler hours of the day to retain fresh varietal flavour. Specially selected yeast strains are added and primary fermentation is held at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruit character. The carbonation makes it lighter and less yeasty than other sparkling wines.

Best served lightly chilled between 6-8 degrees. To achieve this, just put the bottle in the fridge roughly 2 hours before serving (and check temp) or for
urgent chilling, pop your bottle in ice-water for 30-40 minutes and voila!
