At Four Sisters our top priority is to get our customers and members wines out the door as quickly, professionally and in the best possible condition; to the door whenever possible.



Who can buy from Four Sisters?
Orders will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. Four Sisters may request that the person who receives the order provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age and will refuse to deliver the order if the person receiving the order is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the order shall be presumed by Four Sisters to be authorised to receive the order.



Who is Four Sister’s delivery partner?
All orders are delivered to our customers via the Australia Parcel Send Service. We choose to partner with the Australia Parcel Send Service as they are experts when it comes to delivering fragile, large and valuable parcels such as Four Sisters wine and their network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.



Will my wine be delivered to my address?
We cannot always guarantee delivery to your door with Australia Post (AP) who utilise zoning to categories which customers can access door to door delivery. Customers whose addresses are located in the AP ‘Street Delivery’ Zone will receive their wine to their requested address; all other addresses zoned ‘Roadside Delivery’ will be carded with pick up at the local post office for collection.

Four Sisters will not be obliged to deliver goods to you if your delivery address is not in an area within which Four Sisters delivers goods via AP.

What do you charge for delivery?

To enable delivery, customers are required to buy in multiples of six (6) bottles (both mixed or one varietal) unless purchasing a bespoke Special Offer created by Four Sisters.

For customers who spend over $150 in one order, we will cover the full cost of delivery. In all other instances a standard freight charge of $20.00 per order will be applied.

What is the Container Deposit Scheme?
All Queensland orders require an additional charge of 20c per bottle, as governed by the Queensland government. For further information, please click here.


How long will my order take to be delivered?
Four Sisters will endeavour to ensure that wines are delivered to most locations in Australia within seven (7) business days of the date of acceptance of the order. Deliveries to remote locations can expect to receive orders within fourteen (14) business days of the date of acceptance of the order. However, this can vary during peak delivery periods throughout the year. We will endeavour to communicate any updates where possible.

Can I request a specific date for delivery?
No. We cannot guarantee orders can be delivered to a customer on a specified date.

Where is my wine order?
If you are unsure where your wine might be, your first point of call is Australia Post using your tracking number which you have received as part of your order confirmation email. You can track your wine using the Australia Post App or on their website - see here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

I only received part of my wine order?
From time to time you may only receive part of your wine order at any one time. This is due to the manual handling required to sort your order at Australia Post meaning sometimes not every carton on your order will arrive together. Rest assured all of your order should be on its way. To confirm where your missing wine is we recommend you first use your tracking number found on your order confirmation email on the Australia Post App or on their website - see here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Can my wine be delivered overseas to an international location?
No. We do not deliver to international locations. We do have a range of distributors in a variety of countries globally who stock Four Sisters. To find out where Four Sisters is sold in your country please contact us.
