The grapes for this Pinot Noir were crafted with fruit grown in South Eastern Australia. The grapes were picked and crushed early during the peak of harvest to retain the varietal characters and preserve the fruit flavour. Fermentation took place in sweeping arm red fermenters, delivering a gentle wine with a dense, rich colour and superb flavour.
