The grapes for this Merlot, were crafted with fruit grown in South Eastern Australia. Modern winemaking techniques were employed throughout, all of which help to create this signature style. The fermentation took place in sweeping arm red fermenters, delivering a wine of purity, rich colour and soft tannins. Aged on French oak for approximately 6 months, providing harmony and appeal for this balanced, medium-bodied wine.

Lighter style reds such as Merlot can be served at room temperature or even a light chill between 16-18 degrees. Store your wine on your kitchen counter top or better still, if you have a spare cupboard space which is cool and dry (not
damp) this would be best - always lay flat if possible.

Pairs especially well with homemade lasagne, teriyaki beef, tuna steak or traditional Carbonara.

Or simply prepare a selection of your favourite cheeses – and gather the gals of course!
